I have been looking around for things such as Mini-Mag flash lights, pendants, stickers and new types of shirts to add to the website. These Items will have a Navicache (Geocache) Logo on them and I am also thinking about adding a line phrase as well. If any of you have some ideas as to a nice jingle that you think is catchy let me know and if good I may just add it to the site and the products. Also if there is any other type of item you would like to see added include that in your response! ;)

Sounds great, Quinn. I'd love a Navicache bumper sticker type thingy I could put in the back widow of the cachemobile. With the tinted windows, a static one that mounts on the inside wouldn't work, for me anyway. I'd also like to have a Navicache travel mug. I've got the regular Navimug, but something for the road would be nice. A fall/spring type lightweight jacket would be cool, too. Something like, "Navicachers Do It With Assistance From Above". Maybe a sportshirt type shirt, also. :p

I see Quinn removed the NaviTees link from Cafe Press but keep in mind that they (Cafe Press) now offer hats, tote bags, and limited edition items as well.

At a very high cost to the customers

Ok...we have been working hard on several roads here on the website, one of which is the addition of selling Shirts to help comfort the cost of scripting, server and future additions to the website. I wanted to get some ideas on what you guys would like to see as the official navicache logo, shirt or both?
If any of you are good at art or developing a logo you think would be fitting, I would be more than happy to look at them and maybe even decide to use one as our site logo. If I like your ideas I will send you a free shirt as my way of saying thanks! ok-ok...I'll buy you a large coke and burger too!  :p
I was thinking along the lines of maybe a cartoon figure holding a cache box in one hand and a GPSR in the other with "Navicache.com" in curved text above the figure and "Geocaching" in curved below it. ya think?

I'll see what I can come up with.. looked for ready-mades yesterday for ideas but I think when I have a minute or three I can draw something (luckily, I'm allowed crayons in here)...

There are also a ton of guys out there who will design a logo or mascot cheap. Used to have an URL for a good one. I'll see if I can find it again.

I'll have to search back thru these forums to where I previously had creative suggestions.  I'm drawing a bit of a blank now.

I remember requesting a license plate frame & back window (static) URL banner.  I really wish I could recall as many as 3 slogans. One of them might have been: "NaviCachers do it by the numbers".  How about: "NaviCachers have high-tech units"? Or "Find your way at NaviCache.com"?

I has some ball point pens made up that say "Geocacher Choberiba was here"

Others have paid a tidy sum to have coins and tokens minted.

What about something like a coin/token with a NaviLogo on one side and a stamped number on the other.

They could be tracked like Where's George bills.

I know this is similar to other items but I was thinking of these as having a much lower cost per unit than like items.

Sold in 50 packs for $20 PayPal or something.

I've obviously not priced these but I kind of like the idea.

Oh - and I'd be willing so send money in advance to help get a pool of cash available for a purchase.

How about a small subscription fee for tracking say up to 100 of your hitchhikers with the site. You would be assigned your own serial number range and make it work like "the other place" Either the cachers could make their own laminated tags, or buy them from navicache ready made, but cheaper than the TB tags. that way, those of us who use both sites could tag their hitchikers with both to allow them to be placed in any cache, even if it's only listed on one of the sites. I'd be willing to help get this underway and perhaps produce some designs for the tags to be posted on the site.

Check out www.makestickers.com

Pretty reasonable prices, and seem to be of good quality as well.
