I was thinking of modifying my cache descriptions with the following message.

This is NOT a member only cache.
We do take pride in it, maintain it, and try to make it a little more special than the average cache. Fight “Pay-to-Play”

Think the other site will archive it? Suggestions for better wording? Have I been making way too much out of this whole thing?  ???

I would be quite suprised if your caches not Archived were you to do this.

As for, are you "making way too much out of this?", I can't say as I am not sure I have seen all you have posted. I can say I have my own issues with it.

Who makes the decision of what a "premium" cache is? And what exactly makes up a premium cache? And what are these other special features that you will get with the subscription? Some questions I think should have been answered long before a play-to-pay fee to see these special listings was announced.

Also, even if there was a need for a fee, I'm sorry, $30 seems a bit steep to me!

The implication is carried strongly by the first two phrases. They state your feelings very well without rubbing anyone the wrong way. The last four words, however, is asking others for their support in an manner that does rub a few the wrong way.  If that is your intent you have every right to go public. But then again you've said it already haven't you.

I love being a critic. Not even sure I gave you an answer to any of the three questions. It's an opinion none the less. ???

Thanks, point taken.
I’ve decided to take the rest of the evening off.  I’m doing some deep breathing and just trying to calm down a bit.
It’s a game…
