I expect to be getting the pictures back from a cache camera soon, and I was trying to decide if/how I could post them. With the number/size limits I obvisously can't uploade them to the cache page. Anyone have suggestions for a free site that might host them? What does everyone else do?

And no, I don't have my own website. So I can't load them there  :(.

There are many free sites. Try, for example, http://photos.yahoo.com.

yes...scout has pointed out a great means to post your pics and then you can place a link here in our forum. Otherwise if you can place them on a disk and mail it to us we would be glad to add it to our picture section. :)

If you use the yahoo photo album route, you must be certain to set the album's security preference for public viewing..

If you are using a film camera, most proccessing places will give you the option to put them on a cd-rom... this has been the easist way for me... keeps me from having to do a bunch of scanning... If you use a digi-cam.. then nevermind ;)

Thanks for the reminder  :)

For pictures I take while caching I usually use a digital camera.
But cameras left in caches are cheap film ones. yea, all the new ones I have developed will be with CD. Of course I'll still have to scan old ones and log pages, but oh well.

Flickr would also be a good place to store photos.

I recently used
http://www.bubbleshare.com/
it was easy and no limits, I think.

Also have some at other places:
http://beta.zooomr.com/photos/8663@Z01
http://scalpel.spymac.com/otterPics.htm
http://gallery.bytecam.net/WA-Hike-or-Caching
and a few others...
some people I know use webshots or photobucket.
