I'm not sure what you mean. Are you refering to the "Send to GPS" option? I know that Garmin and OpenCachingUS offer that option, for at least some makes. I don't find that easy, though, unless you're only loading a couple caches.
All the free sites, including Navicache have the ability to download GPX files, that you can load to your GPS via GSAK or other programs.
TerraCaching has the ability receive GPX files from their "To Do List" lists, which you can filter in several ways.
OpenCaching.US offers the ability to download GPX and other file times from any search with a single click.
Even Garmin's site has the ability to download GPX files, though I've not really done much with the site, so haven't tried it.
Sorry i was referring to all the hoops and red tape to list a cache on geocaching dot com. I am a member there but looking at navicache, I like this site better.
I will start listing caches this spring in the 60435,10, and36 area.
