Snow White actually was a toy my daughter swapped in to the West Meets East cache at Letchworth Park on April 16, 2001. At this point in time we were "toying" with the idea of a hitch-hiker but didn't know what character to use.

April 22, 2001 Gimpy picked up Snow White as a cache swap and on May 5, 2001 swapped her into my Shakers geocache. It was at this time my daughter and I retrieved Snow White and made her a hitch-hiker and then placed her back in Shakers.

I found Snow White at Northampton on July 8th, 2001. I had just recently saw the news article on ABC about GeoCaching and when they mentioned Rochester,NY I had to check this out! I've owned a couple of handheld GPS for about the last 4-5 years and thought this is a cool way to use a awesome tool. Northampton was my first attempt at Geo Caching and my eight year old son Corey and I are hooked!! Stay tuned, you never know where Snow White may show up next! "Indiana Jones"

David,
I can't wait for the weekend so I can attempt another!  I can't believe that this GPS has been sitting around waiting to be used on the next road trip and I could have been caching!!! I even have my brother in-law excited about!  Rattlesnake hill is looking like a real challenge!!!!
