Hi,

is it just me who has problem with the data in the gpx file which you can download as part of the *.zip file?

In particular, quite a number of caches has lat and lon of 0 given in there, while that info is given correctly in the corresponding GPSS/*.TXT file. The latter means I can workaround the issue, but I wonder if this is affecting only me.

I haven't tried for a while, but noticed that there were problems with the GPX data that defeated the purpose of using the file to load my GPS.

Best I can tell, this is caused when the server I acquire my map data from does not respond in a reasonable amount of time. The script basically gets tired of waiting and then places zeros in the fields where the map coordinates should have been returned.

The GPX file reads its data from this table.

That is interesting. The GPSS data files do have that info and it's not such a terrible amount of data. And all the other fields seem to be fine, also for the caches with the 0's.

I'm running into the same problem with 0 for lat and long for some of the geocaches in the .gpx file.

The lat and long are complete in the GPSS data.
Is there any software that will use the GPSS data?

Can you do somethings about this error?

This is my first full marathon and I would like to have an accurate record of my run.

The mapping up to 14km look find, From 14km to 33km, we are running along the beach, so the mapping is wrong as Runkeeper convert it to a road run.

Huh?  SPAM?
