Here is a step by step of what I'm doing:

Go to cache search page

Fill in distance for 200 miles

Fill in zip code

I get about 4 pages of results

On first page, I click "check all" which places checks next to all

I click on "add to gpx" download list (or however its phrased)

This brings me to a screen that lists those caches

I click on "My Navicache to go to your home page to start downloading"

I click on "Download caches" link

Now it says No caches to download, did you forget ot checkmark the caches for downloading.

I guess I find it really interesting that web site bugs are swept under the carpet.  Afraid someone might find out the website really is broken?

Hmmm, I log in on 3 systems using my own as well as two separate test accounts and am able to follow the exact steps you mention with no issue. I report this back ( and even provide you with sample via email to show it works just fine). I ask that if you are still experiencing problems to please contact us via the support form, but instead I find it more interesting that you consider this 'sweeping bugs under the rug'.

Perhaps you may want to take the time to contact us (as suggested) to see if there is an issue we may be able to assist you with.

I believe that if you browse through our fourms, you'll discover that web site bugs are mentioned and when they are fixed. :)

I believe that you'll even see where we have thanked people for telling us about the bugs. :grinnin

I, too, have been testing the downloads on various computer systems and operating sytems, and have not experienced this problem...

It is very difficult to trouble shoot if we cannot duplicate the problem. :(

PC Medic has request that you contact him in order to provide him with additional information... such as operating system (is it BeOS ?) and version, O/S service/maintenance pack version, browser (is it Xiino?) and version, system security patches, etc..

Without this additional information, it is very difficult to duplicate your results. :;):

OK, Here is what I have done.

Originally, this problem was present on three different computers, all running XP (Pro, not home), all running IE6 (not ie7 beta), all fully patched with all updates from Microsoft.  Nothing "unusual" loaded on any of these machines, with one of them having a pretty basic load with no other software installed except GSAK and MS S&T.  All had the same exact symptoms.

I finally tried with a different web browser, and it worked.

So this is by all means does appear to be a bug in how the website interacts with a typical IE6 user.

Thanks for the updated information! :)

It sounds like we've overflowed the cookie stack in IE 6. :(

How do you feel about alpha testing?

If you are interested, please let me know via a PM through the forums (no e-mailing necessary). :)

Thanks,
