We have received reports of visitors having trouble signing up for new accounts when completing our new online registration form. There are two things to be aware of ...
First, you should not use your browsers back button if you receive an error that you entered information correctly. Insted click the provided link to take you back to the form and complete the missing/incorrect information.
Also, after submitting the form successfully, you will receive an email with a link you must follow to activate your new account. In some cases this link may be wrapped to a second line (broken) causing it to not work correctly when clicked on. If this happens simply copy-and-paste the entire link into your browsers address bar and try again.
