Well I have not personally seen one of these, but based on the review if this is to be for geocacing I would have a couple concerns.
First is the battery. One of the worst things that can happen is to get in the field and have your batteries die. The fact this unit employs a proprietary battery makes matters worse as carrying spares would probably be more costly than standard 'AA' bateries.
Next is the noted deficiency in the signal strength area. For geocaching a GPSr with excellent reception is a must in my book.
Finally, no built in screen which leaves you needed a companion product (reviewer appeared to be using an HP for this). This leaves you with concerns about ruggedness and weather resistance (again important for geocaching), and additional batteries to lug about.
In my opinion, I would go with a Magellan eXplorist or Garmin Etrex.
