We'll have to see what we can do to draw some more attention to your area for caching on the navicache site. But none the less, very good to have you around!  :)

If you hadn't checked it out yet, check out the web site for the Michigan Geocaching Organization.

We are a non-profit organized for the purpose of improving communications between cachers in Michigan and promoting the activity in our state by educating the public and providing tools and advice to land management agencies accross the state.

We are not a listing service, but do volunteer our time in approving on some listing sites to help in our mission of making land managers more comfortable with the idea of Geocaching.

We've been around since April 11, 2002 and have almost 700 registered members on our site.  The main page hosts Michigan-specific news and announcements and the forums are quite alive with Michigan-specific discussion.

Anyone from anywhere is free to drop in and check us out.

I'm a new cacher and I live just west of Grand Rapids. Not many caches listed on this site around here.
