Has the MyMeridianA05b been tested with firmware 4.0?
Posted by sledgehampster on Jan. 24 2003,5:16 pmYup, it works!!! Change the readme text to zorro4.hex. You CANNOT change the PRESS ENTER TO AGREE space but otherwise it works as it always has!!!
Posted by Cracker7M on Jan. 27 2003,3:21 pmWhat do you mean 4.0?!?!?
Is there new firmware out?
Last I heard was v2.10, and Magellan STILL has 2.08 on the website....

Hiya Sledgehampster. Firefishe, outta Michigan. :-)
I was just wondering how you modified your lawyer screen with the v.4.0 update.
I did the upgrade to Version 4.0 for my MAP 330 a while ago. Everything is working well. How did you get it to work? I'm a bit confused after having read over all the posts.
Since my case is MAP 330/Version 4.0-centric, I thought I'd ask someone who's actually done it.
Here are my MAP 330 parameters:
Version 4.00 ("Rev. 4.00 Nov 19 2002" on my MAP 330's About page)
NA.Marine - 1.03 (I've also uploaded the MeriGreen's 2mb basemap to my MAP 330; I have had no trouble with these since upgrading to Version 4.0 firmware; I also like the marine database, as I live in the middle of the Great Lakes region; I am familiar with Basemap Uploading, so that's no problem with me there, I've already studied it)
I just downloaded the Meridian 3.12 firmware upgrade from Maggie's website. I did that so I could get magup 1.13. Is that the magup.exe that you used?
If you would, some step-by-steps would be appreciated.
Thanks for any help in advance.
