I have a Map 330, and Mapsend Topo. Is there a setting
to increase the detail? I can't seem to find one. For an example, look at (The Spot Geocache):

There is a deep gully, but Mapsend Topo doesn't seem to show it (it only shows a creek on a smooth hill)...This is kind of important to me, as I was on the other side of gully. How do I get it to display on my PC screen, and how do I get these more detailed maps down to my Map 330? Or is this a limitation of the software? ???

It's a limitation of Magellan's topo software.

The topo data is derived from the Geological Survey's 1 degree digital elevation model database, but in order to fit the entire US onto a single CD (4 GB of data was compressed to 100 MB - the rest is street data and points of interest), each sample point represents about 100 yards x 100 yards.
