Perhaps Mr. Gregaros would like to try convincing thousands of geocachers and the U.S. Military that GPS technology is an unproven science!

Personally I think the problem is as much proving the people using GPS know what they're doing, as it is proving it actually works. Would DNA matching be accepted if doen by just anyone?

That's a valid point. :)

I read somewhere that this is a landmark California case for GPS evidence.

Well I think that seeing as George lives in California that he and perhaps Ed Hall (Buxley) should do a Geocache demo for the court to show just how accurate it can be...just hope he leaves the damn hat home!:p

I think a denonstartion by the U.S. Military would be more convincing!  :grinnin
