I have several Letterboxes and I would consider making them available to Navicachers as well.

However, I would only provide coordinates to a parking area. From that location, you would have to follow specific or detailed instructions.

Sometimes those instructions would be straight forward, such as counting paces from one place to another. However and at other times, the instructions would be buried within a storyline.

Anyone care to venture an opinion of it's acceptability to this website?

If necessary, proof of finding it would be controlled by a Code Number within each logbook.

I think it would be doable here.  I'm thinking you'd list it as a Multi-Part here.  [Also known as a stage, chain, or puzzle cache.  The listed coordinate is the starting point for the multi-part cache. You may have to find a clue, or solve a puzzle, at one or more locations in order to get the actual cache coordinates.]

Unfortunately, NC does not support automated Confirmation Codes, like TerraCaching, but you could still require the cacher to provide you the code in order to "legally" log the cache.  However, since this site really has no written guidelines, you may want to contact PC Medic to get his opinion.

I also think this is a wonderful idea, and as Dudley already wrote, listing it as multi-stage cache would probably be best. I would be surprised if that would be a problem.
