I am not sure how you reached that conclusion ?? as it is actually  a link to a perfectly legitimate article on geocaching.

Often with online news and ezine's a story will appear on the cover (home page) and folks will link to this as the original OP had. As time passes and a new article is displayed (which was a little racey in this case) the old articles url will change as you noticed happened here. When you pointed this out I updated the link to point direct to the new location of the article.
