Just wondering if anyone is hidng caches while horse back riding.  I use a GPS everytime I go out riding, to keep a log of milage ridden and to explore new trails.

I hope some horse riders show up here, but I'm afraid the only horses usually seen in geocaching forums are of the dead and beaten variety.

I know of some.
The find would be off the horse, however, but the caches were along a trail well travelled by horses.
I'd use a horse, but I think the upkeep on a horse is more involved than a vehicle.

Well this does open the door for those "steaming" caches. Also where the heck do you mount the gps? Not sure if the horse would like one velcro'd to his head.  :D

That reminds me: there's some steaming biscuits up near my "Halloween..." cache in Spencerport  ???
