I found it! 03 Jan 2009    No Compromise No. 1  ( Difficulty: 2    Terrain: 1 )

It felt really good to be able to make the find here. In the past two years I've been by at least 10 times, and each time there were just too many muggles around. I woke up early this morning and decided to spend some time taking an urban hike. Nobody around and I was able to grab the container after a brief search. Signed the log and returned the cache to it's spot.
I had big plans to look for many caches in the area, but actually spent more time just exploring downtown by foot. Pretty neat to do on an early Saturday morn.

Thanks for the fun, Wheely.

I found it! 05 Sept 2008    The Old Boneyard  ( Difficulty: 2    Terrain: 2 )

Found the cache on this very hot September day (90 deg. F). Thanks! Nice, peaceful area.

Found today while hiking the park with the family. WP1 coorda. are faded.

I found it! 30 Aug 2008    Gypsum Mine II  ( Difficulty: 2.5    Terrain: 2.5 )

Neat area and neat history. I never knew about the gypsum mines. Thanks for the hide.

I found it! 11 Aug 2008    GPS-O (Mendon Ponds Park)  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 4 )

Email sent with the control letters. My dog and I had a very enjoyable walk this morning and found the remaining controls needed for me to log this. The ones I found are 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20 and 21. Thanks for the fun, I'm looking forward to completing the other parks.

I found it! 10 Aug 2008    GPS-O (Webster Park)  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 4 )

Stayed close to home today doing various chores around the house because I kept thinking it was going to rain. That never happened, so Doe and I went out late in the afternoon to find the remaining controls needed to log this. The ones I found were: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 18, 20, 21 and 23. Email has been sent as well.
Once again, thanks for the fun! I enjoyed the hikes, as did my dog.

I found it! 01 Jun 2008    Indian Falls  ( Difficulty: 2    Terrain: 3 )

Spent some time hiking with friend in the park, and P6P(R) suggested we go up the creek to look for this one. Not a lot of water going down the falls today, but we enjoyed our hike nonetheless. Found cache in good shape. Thanks!

I found it! 01 Jun 2008    1K Sanctuary  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 3 )

I've spent some time hiking in the swamp the past two days and thought I'd look and see if this cache is still there. It is indeed, and in great condition as well! TNLNSL. Used the bug spray (thank you!). Great cache.

I found it! 26 May 2008    Tip my cap to you  ( Difficulty: 1    Terrain: 1 )

I was out hiking with the wife and kids in the park today. I have two kids but I noticed there were three with us on the hike. We always seem to end up with a gaggle but it's all good. While watching Doe climb a nearby tree, I found the cache and saw that others I knew had signed it. So, to be like the cool kids I did too! Only after did I find out what it was, hence this log. Thanks hattie!

I found it! 04 May 2008    Issaquah's Book Exchange Cache  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 3 )

Found it out a little ways in the marsh. I didn't think that's where it belonged, so I hid it on dry land. Took nothing and signed the log.

I found it! 19 Apr 2008    Blind Man's Bluff  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 3 )

A group of us were in the park today. We had a great time with friends, one of whom gave us the coordinates for this hide. Although it hasn't been logged online in quite a while, there were several entries in the log book after the last online log. Mystery cachers? Who knows... Anyway, we signed the log. Cache is in good condition. Thanks for getting us there.

I found it! 23 Feb 2008    Slipping and sliding  ( Difficulty: 2    Terrain: 2 )

I was out doing some night caching this evening and had called another cacher to see if she wanted to join me. She couldn't as she said she had to do her hair. I get that alot.......

Anyhow, a short while later she called and apparently reconsidered as she had noticed this cache come out. I was close by anyhow so I picked her up and off we went. I had my dog with me and it made for a wild trek down the icy trail to the cache, the dog pulling on the leash in one hand and a flashlight and gps'r in the other! While I was trying to control the wild beast (that would be Lily, not P6P-B), R of P6P made the find. She said we should share FTF, but it really doesn't matter to me (I signed the log as STF). I took the coin; thank you! It is very cool.

Had a fun time out tonight. Thanks for a great conclusion to a nice night!
