I found it! 29 Oct 2002    RIVERS EDGE  ( Difficulty: 3.5    Terrain: 2 )

Nice adventure to keep me busy while out of town for work.
Had a bit of a tough time locating this one due to having wrong coordinates entered in my gps at first, but was lucky all in all. Traded nothing as I had nothing with me to trade. Thanks for the fun to keep me active!

I found it! 13 Apr 2002    Moraine Dam  ( Difficulty: 1.5    Terrain: 1.5 )

I wish I had more time to go after the others in the area, but this one was quite fun as it was. I am cutting through the area on my way back from business. Great cache and a nice way to break up my day. I look forward to more of these!
I had nothing with me to leave so I took nothing but a smile. Thanks again for all the fun.

I found it! 12 Apr 2002    Whitehall Parkway  ( Difficulty: 2    Terrain: 2 )

What a day indeed! You want to talk about extreme caching you should try what we did today. Started out in upstate,NY and raced across Two other states to grab caches and view the scenic areas around them. I thought for sure I would beat Quinn to this one as I thought he was not aware of the new submission to the Navicache site.
I got to the parking lot (had to search some) and took a few pix of the nice red train trolley car by the road side.

I looked around a bit for an easy way to make my move towards the cache site and found one after a few minutes.
I beat feet for the path and my GPS stayed dead on the whole way.
When I found the cache (coordinates were dead on) I opened it to see a log from the Quinn man inside saying" Nice cache and great area, thought I would make it here second but I think I got it first" he also said he took the "Linda Ronstadt" CD...I LOVE LINDA!!!! I wanted that.
To top if off he also took the last picture on the cache camera.
I'll have to hussle to beat them to the next caches. This one was great fun though and I had a ball going to it. Nice to see another cache from PA placed on Navicache.
How many people drive 295 miles for a cache?

I found it! 21 Mar 2002    Bikin' By Bolin  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 3 )

Found this cache yesterday while in the area on business. If I would have known that there were other caches around here I would have stayed longer to try and find them. This made for a great adventure away from home and I enjoyed every step of the way.
I must have looked funny walking around with a suit and shoe's looking for an ammo box.
Great job of placing this cache and very nice quality over the usual plastic cup size containers I have seen around.
Logged in and took nothing but the memory and pix.
I thank you for the great time!

Oh!...by the way, if anyone finds a very cheap set of sun glasses, they were mine, not worth looking for so if you se them they are yours!

I found it! 21 Mar 2002    What a Tangled Web We Weave  ( Difficulty: 1.5    Terrain: 3 )

Whoa you weren't kidding on the location and how to get to on this report...
I first came here mid day to try and locate but was too well dressed, so returned after work and before heading back home out of state to give this a try. A great way to end my day as I was able to bag two caches this trip.
well placed and great fun, thanks for providing a means of me getting out while far from home.
Next time I will bring hiking boots along on my trips!
Forgot to bring trading items so took nothing and left nothing.

I found it! 06 Mar 2002    Your Lure to Fran Uhler  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 3 )

You were not kidding about the walk!
Feet are tired but I had a great time doing this one. I am here finishing up some business that has me traveling quite a bit, so there is nothing like cutting the day by bringing along the GPS.
I had no clues or text with me so I did this all from just the coordinates.
Great time was had by me!
just before logging this I looked at the Sat image map on Navicache.com and could see a nice view of the entire area.
well done job! wish there were more of these.
took a candle and left a key chain.
Thanks again for the fun.

I found it! 06 Mar 2002    Overflow Cache  ( Difficulty: 1.5    Terrain: 1.5 )

Adding a ton of miles to my car today so I figured why stop short when I can grab a couple more caches before heading home.
Had a good time on this adventure but for some reason my GPS lost reception a couple of times...no biggy, it was most likely my cheap unit.
Thanks for the fun and maybe I'll take you up on them flying machine views!

I found it! 06 Mar 2002    Killen Me Softly  ( Difficulty: 1.5    Terrain: 1.5 )

This was my second cache in this area today. Thought my fun was over until I realized I had another waypoint in the GPS for a cache. The only thing I brought was the GPS and no maps or text, sometimes can make it tough!
Beautiful area around here, I'll have to remember this spot.
Thanks again for the fun!
I left a key chain and took the patch.

I found it! 05 Mar 2002    Whatcha Dune?  ( Difficulty: 1.5    Terrain: 1.5 )

Took me a while to get back to this area but here I am. Here on business travels and also brought my GPS just in case a free moment cam by.
Very nice area and a fun adventure to hold me over until I get back home. Tokk me a bit of searching until I found what I was looking for. Thanks again for the fun!

I found it! 04 Mar 2002    VERTIGO POINT  ( Difficulty: 3    Terrain: 1.5 )

I found this cache returning from a vacation trip. I think I made the hunt harder than it really was as I got slightly turned around. all in all it was a nice adventure and really made my day brighter. Thanks for the great time.

I found it! 13 Nov 2001    Box of Toys for Girls and Boys  ( Difficulty: 1    Terrain: 1 )

Very nice park with some great scenery. Wife and I came here while on vacation visiting relations in the area. we noticed that there was a cache in the area and deiced to give it a shot. Didn't take us as long as I thought it would have. We both spotted it at the same time. Great job and great place to hide a cache. thanks for all the fun and I hope to find more in the area.
