This area was once designated to be part of a golf course. Even some streets in an
adjacent housing area are named after famous golf courses. Now, it is under consideration
as part of a nature loop. It features a seasonal lake that is home to many types of
waterfowl. There is also a covered picnic area with BBQ and a playground. The hike to the
final coordinates is an easy one. Remember to bring a writing instrument.

Out this evening with M of h_mtreasurecache. He had already found stage 1 so I had to make the reach for myself. Off to stage 2. Took a little searching for this one. Nice camo job. Went to sign in and ...OOPS .... both of us forgot our pens. DUH!!! Back to the truck and then back to the cache. Logged a few extra feet on this one. TFTC
