Micro cache that uses a unique, hand made container. Bring your own pen or pencil. There is room in the cache only for the log book.

Welcome to Paleomanís Cave. This cache is placed near the area of Castile where Paleoman lives. His cave was built around 1842. The cache is located not too far from the highway and you do not need to go on private property to find this cache. Basically this is a Cash and Dash, and if Paleoman sees you looking for the cache he may emerge from his cave and chat with you. You may see some neighboring muggles watching, but don't worry they all know what is going on and cannot be brided, LOL.

This cache is placed with permission from Marv Wilcox, Village of Castile Highway Superintendent.

While in Castile be sure to try the other caches hidden around town. Also Letchworth State Park is only a 5 minute drive away.

Very nice! Talked to one of your neighbors concerned about me snooping around. Once I told him about geocaching we had a nice talk. Says you are a great neighbor and enjoy watching people scratching their heads over this one. TFTH...SL

Getting familiar with Navicache. Seeing if 'placement' of caches can be a bit easier.

Oh man, I found this so long ago. After our talk the other day it struck me that I should log this on this venue also. I remember it stumping me for a bit. Very clever and well done. Thanks Pman.

GREAT CACHE PALEOMAN!!!! This one took me about 10-15 minutes, even with the owner standing right there. Perfectly cammo'd and unique container! I must have touched it at least 10 times before finding it.
Thanks for the great cache, and the beer and talk afterwards!

This was a great cache P-man! I'll have to come down to Castile one of these days to finish up your hides. Anyway, here is my original log:

This was on the "to do" list for today. I've had this cache on my watchlist ever since it came out and knew today was the day to find it.

I arrived at the cave and alerted to the caveman to my presence. After I found the cache, We had a good time chatting it up about geo-related topics and the like. I had a lot of fun today exploring Castile and finding a lot of the Pman's caches. Looks like I missed running into Nature Noggins by about an hour. Oh well.. I'll be back to visit the cave next time I'm in Castile.

Thanks Pman for a memorable cache, and for chattin' it up today! Cache on!

(Okay...so TECHNICALLY this is more a Chicky log than a Szuchie log...but regardless, here is the Navicache World Premiere of "Chicky's First Navicache Log!!!" As Chicky would say, YAY!!!) Now -on to the log:

Yay!!! My first P-man log!!! Hello! This is Chicky. P-man, you never cease to amaze me. I thoroughly enjoy every cache that you put out (even the ones with KB hahaha). A good time is always had from the moment we start to do a P-man cache to the pitstop at P-man's cave after to discuss Geo-related things, or to talk with the lovely Mrs. P-man, or to play DDR with Chip, or even discussing finances with Scottishgal.

I was on my way home from work when I found the cache with minimal difficulties and signed Szuchie's name. Of course I will have to come back with Szuchie to laugh at him as he fails to find the cache...er I mean tries to find the cache hahahaha .

I am sorry that I did not get to sample a tasty brew but I had other plans that I had to tend to. Perhaps next time P-man!

Thanks again for the most excellent cache hide!!
