Hi, we are Piper and Chloe, and our owners are Arby Gee and TeamDotOne. We would like to invite you and your owners to our First Annual Doggie Meet'n'Greet Event, or as we like to call it, our little Scratch'n'Sniff.
If you're not lucky enough to be owned by a doggie, you can still come out and play with us, or stand outside the fence and watch us make our owners run and toss toys. We will also provide "Owner for Adoption" tags for those interested. We are usually left behind when our owners head off to those Meet'n'Greet events, so this is our turn to get together and sniff, errrr meet, each other. We are holding this event at a local off-leash doggie park located in Stow and hope you can join us. Come on out and bring your two-legged friends. EVENT DETAILS WHERE: Bow Wow Beach (Silver Spring Park) 5070 Stow Road Stow, Ohio 44224 WHEN: September 16, 2007 TIME: 9:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. What to bring: We will be providing beverages for the owners (water, soft drinks, lemonade, etc). If you would like to bring a picnic lunch for you and your owner there is a pavillion, picnic tables, and even a few grills nearby. Please do not forget to bring a leash to constrain either man or beast. Directions: From the north (Cleveland) take I-77S towards Akron to I-480E towards Youngstown to OH-14E to Frost Rd. Turn right at Aurora Hudson Rd/Frost Rd. Continue to follow Aurora Hudson Rd. Turn left at Stow Rd. You will come upon Silver Springs Lake Park, and you will see a sign that reads 'Bow Wow Beach Dog Park' on your left. Amenities: A 7.5 acre fenced-in dog park including grassy knolls and a sandy beach leading to a 3 acre lake. Other amenities include a pen entrance to the fenced-in park, separate areas for small and large dogs, six strategically placed waste deposits stations, clean drinkking water and a dog washing station. Activities: There are some caches in the local vacinity and a couple in the immediately adjacent park (Silver Springs Lake Park) but we are planning on placing a handful of temporary caches for the day (if we can make them permanent we will) to make the day enjoyable for the two-legged guests :) Please read and follow the rules as posted. |
