The Cobbs Hill Reservoir Park is only open certain hours no night caching allowed for this one. There is apparently video surveillance in the area, so try not to look too suspicious as you hunt for the cache. The cache is hidden part way down a rather steep cliff, therefore I do not recommend bringing small children along for this one.

Maps are queued for generation.

Sir Q and I tried to find it Thursday night but it was too dark and we didn't bring rapelling gear. :) I went back Sunday morning. The hollow end of the log was crushed. The cache was strewn several feet away. I put back everything I could find. There was ground wasps near the log it had been in, so I put it in a stump within site of it's original location.

Drove real close to this one then walked (slip & slide) all over the bank looking for this one. Ya know what its like when you cant see the forest because of the trees? Anyway it was right where I went too the 1st time, you know, like in where the coords. says its supposed to be. Guess it just wasnt my day. Trying to make something easy, hard. Took another of your stamps (3rd today) and left mine. Enjoyed the view on the way out. Thanks Junglehair for the fun.

Nice easy find here - met another cacher who was deaf. Nice guy - forgot to get his name.

Wasn't sure if I was going to make it to this one, a City of Rochester car and security guard was blocking the road up to the resevoir, presumably due to the war, and high terror alert. I work my way around the part though, and accessed the box from below the slope. Cache was in good shape. Took print of stamp, left personal print of stamp. My first letterbox hybrid! Thanks junglehair.

Our 2nd and final cache of the day. Great views from the reservoir, didn't take too long to zone in on the cache area. Bit of digging in the snow, but found it at 2:55PM. Nice hide, thanks.

Was passing by the park between errand to errand and decided to take a break. Found cache out of it's hiding spot and placed it back into it's home after signing log.
Thanks for the hide.

Timing is everything but sometimes you have to work hard to take advantage of the timing. Today I had good timing and I applied a bit of fun hard work. I am glad I beat the leaves to this cache, after the oaks start dropping this one will be very tough to find, it was tough today. There is a cool stamp inside that everyone will want to get so it is well worth the effort.

I could not figure out why the stamp was clean and the inkpad still in the wrapper, then it dawned on me, I was first. Huckle Buckle Wheelygood Beanstalk
