Misc: Drinking water available. There are restrooms (water closets) available Pets are allowed. Parking is available There may be fees.

Comments:
Water and restrooms are available at the parking lot for the trailhead. The actual trailhead is located inside a new gated community, with a pedestrian gate for access. There is a nominal fee of $1 per person, but it is so worth it, the scenery is beautiful.
It is only about .8 miles from the parking lot to the cache, so you don't have to commit to a long hike, but I would suggest it. You can mountain bike here as well, it's a nice single track.
As with all locations in the desert in Arizona, it gets VERRY hot in the summer time 110+ so bring water, and if you aren't used to the heat go in the morning when it's still cool, or wait till the temperatures are more bearable.
