Since we were already here and we had some daylight left Wobble said I should look for this cache. I remember snowshoeing with Wobblestock a lot when we were much younger and now I also remember that his stride is about 1 1/2' longer than mine. I needed some assistance from my mentor to locate this one. But, once found I signed the log and took (2) batteries to renew my GPS. Left a wooden (branch) pencil. I think I might be hooked.

Found this one while checking out the local birds - loved the trail! There was at least one very annoyed catbird who resented my intrusion of this tranquil spot. Okay, it was nine thousand degrees and sticky, but I still had fun. Thanks!

I took my family along to find this one. We really enjoyed the forest, it was so old and open and the cache was easy for us all to find. We let my wife locate this cache after we found the suspected location. Thanks for the nice hide - Paleoman52

Found this cache oh-so-many years ago...but just getting around to logging it now. Geez...I sound like Tracker! Hahaha. Thanks Brogan for this great hide...and for giving it to the Noggs who will most certainly take very good care of it.

Been here quite a few times...about time I find this cache. Even though it was HOT and BUGGY, I enjoyed the walk around the pond.

We knew we'd be in the neighborhood but we weren't sure we were actually going to get out caching today... Amazing how you can make time for the important things in life! This was our first cache of the day, and what a cold day it was. We had Roadrash along who had been to this cache before, and also two others who will log this in as their own find soon. We were baffled for a little while and Chickenlips even looked right at it two times. We eventually got lucky and found the cache. Great spot too I might add. We took the potholder and left some underwater nature cards. We took one picture with the cache camera. Thanks again...on to #2!!

First cache of the night with Brogan. This one was quite a challenge to do with the cold, the snow and the tree cover messing with the GPS. I finally had to use the hint to find it. I took the Monsters Inc. keychain and left a Peace & Love keychain shaped like a cube.

Note to the next cacher: at night and in the snow, it's important to mark the position of the small bridge on your way to the cache.

My daughter Missy was here for a week from Virginia and it ended up being the coldest and windiest day of the week to take her on her 1st caching experience. She dressed up real warm and off we went. She picked up on how to use the GPS real quick. This is a great place and the woods were beautiful with about 8 inches of snow on the ground. We got to the area of the cache and Missy looked right at it but because of the snow didn’t find it. We wandered around for a while but GPS kept saying it was where we looked the 1st time. I finally dug in the snow a bit and found it. Later in the winter when the snow gets deeper this one is going to be tough. Just trust your GPS cause the cords. are right on. Signed log, took/left nothing. Took picture #12 of ourselves with cache camera. On the way out we saw a flock of turkeys out ahead of us. Missy had new boots on and by now had blisters of both heels and it was almost dark but told her there was one more just across the road and since we were so close……….. So to please good old dad she got tough and said ok, so on to Beaver Meadow #2.

This was a great cache and is in a great area. I was assisted by Ketchup but gps was working pretty well and lead me right to it. Took picture 13 or 14 of myself with the cache. Took minature gas station and left a pepsi watch and a Bertrand Chaffee Hospital Pill box. Now its off to the nature center. Thanx!!

Stopped by this cache after finding Wyoming #1. This is one of those caches where it takes awhile for you to get closer to it. Saw over a dozen turkeys as I approached the cache location, it was pretty windy and they must not have heard me coming. Picked up the TB and left a set of playing cards.

Hi! Well this was our first geocache in over a month. We officially moved into our new home October 5th and have been unpacking and entertaining ever since (too great a place not to share).

Anyway, what a great cache this was! There was 2" of snow on the ground. The sun was shinning and it was so excellent to be back out on the trails! I admit to a false start on this one .... but then my caching name holds true...I really am directionally challenged and anyone who trusts me to lead the way should just always go the opposite direction....As Fearless leader did after we went 5 minutes down the wrong trail.

Once headed out the right way we found the cache straight away. Well done...beautiful park, great site, terrific trades and an excellent caching experience to get back geocaching.

The cache was in fine shape. We took out the lottery ticket...hey Fearless still hasn't used it...we could be wealthy even as I type this :)
a packet of goo, a light stick and a pocket knife...We tried our best to trade fair so we left a VERY SPECIAL travel bug...Bobo Birman from South Wales AUSTRALIA...and the signature quilt that I made for him...also left 2 collectible bears May and June, a gas station (I'm always running out and squeek in on fumes)and a coin purse from Novia Scocia Canada.
