Open Log: Personal use only Yep, I'll take the blame for the calculation error. I somehow missed one of the windows on the church, so Urkel and I searched on the edge of the golf course, but not on it. Thankfully there was nobody around to see us looking like idiots. Once I had the correct coords, we began our search. I'd say about 10-15 minutes later Urkel made the find, which was pretty rare for this trip. Thanks for the very nice hide!

Open Log: Personal use only Yup, we found it! I hadn't really received any hints at Burning Micro IV, other than it was well camoflauged. Found after about 10 minutes of stumbling around in the woods (after a wrong calculation lead us near, but not on, the golf course). The 9 yr. old was freaking out, he found a Captain Underpants book which he claims he couldn't find at the local Barnes and Noble. I threw in some stuff that I'd consider an equal trade, although I have no recollection what they were. Cache is in excellent shape inside and out, bone dry, including some comic books. Thanks for the cache QM.

Open Log: Non-commercial use only used to drink alot of beer it this park back in '79-80. Nice hide QM, but I spotted it quickly having figured it out once I saw the area. a little clue was showing so I hid it real good! Well stocked with swag didn't have any trades though. Good one for the kiddies to get the first stage, mom or dad can help with the 2nd. Thanks QM, nice hide, as always!

Open Log: Non-commercial use only I checked on this cache today to find it in good shape and VERY well hidden. The fact of it not being found for such a long time is really setting somebody up for a challenge!

Open Log: Unrestricted It wasn't reported in the media but it appears that the Town Village terrorists blew up the court house and hospital. The puzzle has been modified to compensate for this terrible tragedy. Cache on!

Open Log: Personal use only Took a short walk after work. Did the counting in the little town, punched in the coordinates, then went a searchin. This one was a tricky one as I wasn't really sure what I was looking for. But found it in the end! This one is definitely one of my favorites! TFTC!

Open Log: Unrestricted I made emergency repairs to the cache and returned it to its proper hiding spot. It's not the best repair job but I think it will hold for awhile. Please be gentle with the cache and try to put it back exactly where you found it. Johnny.

Oh, Man, what a good hide! Our 5th and final for the day. Moogirl and I ended up using flashlights to find this one! We got to the village around 7:30 PM. We figured out the coordinates and when we went looking for the cache, we saw another family in that area, so we waited until they were done. We talked to them for a little while and turns out, they did not find the cache. Oh-oh. Now darkness was closing in so we had to get moving! Like I said, we ended up breaking out the flashlights and finally found the cache. This has got to be the best hide I've seen so far! Very nicely set up!

Hey QM, you need to find another job, another hobby, or something to keep you busy so you won't have so much time on your hands to think up devious caches like this one.

Decided late in the day to give this one a try. Can't do any better than taking on a QM cache to start the new year.

Open Log: Non-commercial use only 2:31PM - Whole family went out today with friends Chris and Sean of 3FunSeekers. We got to the playscape this time the correct way and found the info we needed to get to the final. Good thing mom was along on this one, we were searching for 10-15 minutes with no luck, she came down to the area, and found it right away. Very interesting container! Chris and Sean took skateboarder and slime, KJ took marbles and Serena took soap. L: superball, 2 playdoh, many army men and a purple hair tie. The cache was pretty low on stash. TFTC Johnny!

Open Log: Personal use only Last of 4 for the Nellsnake crew on a cold, blustery and wet Saturday. By the time we got over to this one, the snow and wind was really picking up. We enjoyed touring the little village and were able to gather the needed clues without difficulty. We then took a short stroll over to the final cache and started looking around among the numerous potential hiding spots. Like Willow, I instructed my sons to look for anything that looked slightly out of the ordinary. However, it was Nellsnake Mom who gleefully scored the find within a few minutes of poking around. Very clever! We marveled at the craftsmanship of the container, signed in at ~4 p.m., and then rehid it in what we presumed was the intended orientation. We then drove over to the nearby Bruster's for a treat before heading home. As always, thanks, QM!

Open Log: Unrestricted What a way to start the weekend, found my first Quest Master cache and was surprised to find that the FTF cacher had placed a YJTB in the cache also. Took the family and had the kids check out the playground with me so as not to draw notice to myself. Definitely bring a child with you as the cache page suggests or you will most definitely get some strange looks from people. Left the kids with mom while I went in search of the cache. I was actually looking in the general area when after about 10 minutes of searching with a useless GPS (absolutely no signal for awhile) I looked at the clue. I was in the correct area, it just took me a few more minutes to find the cache. Great hide, cache has some interesting items in it. If this cache is an indicator of what to expect from a QM cache hunt, I'll have to put his caches at the top of my list! SL, took the Yellow Jeep Travel Bug, and left a set of new TB dog tags for someone to create their own travel bug. Thanks for the hunt and great cache!
