Yes, it is on private property but I am the owner of the property. Can be found in a few minutes of searching "FROM" the sidewalk. Wheelchair accessible. NO NEED TO REACH OVER ANYTHING. Suitable for small children. Please replace it the way you find it to reduce the chance of muggling.
