This is the second in the "Recycled Cache" series...
This cache is hidden in an area near the trail, but has a bit of a steep climb. Cache is a 3-quart clear plastic container with a white lid. Parking information is provided in the encoded hint. Nearby Points of Interest - A white oak listed in the National Registry of Big Trees can be seen at the south end of the "white" trail - N 43 8.585' / W 77 30.471' overlooks a cool Dolomite quarry. |

Open Log: Personal use only Cache has been returned to its original location. I considered replacing it with an ammo can, but ChiliHead thought it wasn't worth the investment. Instead I put all the contents in a gallon sized ziplock bag inside the container. Perhaps the lid doesn't seal so well, but the contents can still be protected from the elements.

Found this cache in pretty bad shape - to inches of standing water-turned-ice inside. I need to contact owner about this one. Log was only damp, so I was able to sign it. Took the whole container down off the hill to sort out the ruined contents and throw them away, dry out what could be dried out, etc. Will return ASAP. TFTF.
