One of nine caches I placed on the "A Loop" of the Citrus Tract in the Withlacoochee State Forest. Had the pleasure of norsehawk and mrs jimear1e as my companions!

The Citrus Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest is southwest of Inverness and immediately south of SR 44. Enter at the Holder Mine Recreation Area via Road T10 from CR 581, 2.5 miles south of SR 44 there is a sign marking this entrance. The Citrus Tract is laced with unimproved roads with loose sand that should be avoided by two-wheel drive vehicles. Loop A, round trip from parking is just short of 9 miles and is part of the Florida Trailwalker program. This tract is an all weather trail. There are multiple changes in elevation and the degree of the slopes vary. Note, this tract is used for training to hike the Appalachian Trail. The Florida Division of Forestry conducts controlled burns periodically and hunting is allowed in this area. In general all pertinent information is posted at the sign in board. Be prepared, take plenty of water, snacks and lunch. Plan on starting early and coming out before dark if you want to enjoy the area. There is plenty of shade and vistas to be taken in. Enjoy!

Found this cache once before and logged it on geocaching.com. Didn't know about navicache then. Was back out in the area today and so I found it again and am logging it here. Cache was in the same spot as I found it before. Once I got there I didn't even need the GPS to make the find.
