Free parking abounds on the side streets. No hiking or fence crossing required. Almost a park and grab. Please watch for traffic as it does get busy.

A microcache in the median of a two lane neighborhood road. The container is one of those tubes that was passed out at the 2006 Elephant Butte Geocaching event. Since the container is so small, you will need to bring your own writing apparatus (i.e. crayon, charcoal, pen or pencil).

This cache is not a gimme. You will have to look for it.

Please take a moment to put the cache back the way it was after you find it.

This one was a hard one...we stood on the median for about 15 min staring at the rocks trying to decide if when they put in the median they moved it or wondering if it could be in that rain gutter on the left side of the road. We thought it might have been hidden under the water main, in that green box, but just when we were about to try and get the lid up a nice man driving by in a truck pulled over to the side and told us where the cache was....we'd have never found it! All in all...this was a good hide!!
