It's on a small island on Lake La Salle.

Coords above get you to the island only. the endcache is offset a little bit, but is on the small island. can you find it? Well, if not, at least you'll enjoy the view!

Forgot to log this one here. Came on a weekend when there's no parking restrictions or pass required. Found within a few seconds. TFTC.

Surprisingly there were few muggles on the island when I was there. Right where I thought it would be.

Well, now I know where (at least according to geocaching.com) the 14228 zip code is centered. Apparently 345 feet from this island. A couple of muggles on the island, so I had to give up and leave. Even though they showed no signs of budging, I drove around the LONG block, and sure enough, they had finally moved on. Turns out I could have never retrieved the cache while they were there. Thanks for the cache Madmann. [edit] Oops, I mean Cache cow :-)
