Well folks, to those of you who have enjoyed this cache, remember it for what it was!! Once
again, my faith in others has been trounced by my stupidity. A week ago I knew this cache
was in trouble...I had it in my hands in good shape after it was moved from it's original spot by
a fellow cacher. He was discovered by a passerby walking his dogs and contacted me with his
concern to rehide it. Well...today I found the cache box but unfortunatly it has been broken
into and all the contents have been stolen. The loss of my log book and cache camera bother
me the most. I knew this was a touchy spot from the onset but I had faith in my fellow
man....You can't trust anybody nowdays!! Balloonpilot

I have found the cache box in good shape...not in it's original spot. I am very close to rehiding the box or pulling the cache completely. This area gave me bad feelings from the start. All the beer cans in the cemetery and all the toppled gravestones, indicates to me that the youth of the area would not treat this cache with respect if they found it.

sorry to bring up a sore posting, as entered elsewhere...
Whew that was hard but fun, I spent a lot of time looking for Peter and May it took two trips from the WNW corner and back because I messed up my addition somehow. Very neat concept which might have to be copied somewhere down the road.

Thanks,
Wheelygood

Hey! We are still in the process of buying our dream home and selling the one we are in. Geocaching is the best thing I can think of to make you think of something else.........you have to pay attention or you'll end up on your tush!

We headed out for this cache after completing Olmstead #2 in Lackawana.

We have been to several caches in cemeteries .... so I keep a section of the backpack with items to leave for the angles that we visit........

What a beautiful day it was as we headed out to meet Maria. I found her, carefully observed her glance and then placed an angel holding a harp. I also found Peter and May (guess I was on a roll as there were 6 of us in all). Left 3 pink roses and then headed out to the cache...........Fearless liked the unique nature of this cache and Eversure was quite delighted with the lighter case he found in the old part of the cemetary (I didn't know that cemeterys are the place to set off fireworks). Found that cache in no time and the young ones were way delighted with the contents.......Butterfly took the balls, Eversure the $100 eraser for the first day of 7th grade (Oh Man they grow up so fast :( and Sweety a Doddle pad.........

Thanks ones again for such a unique and well executed cache!!

Hilton family (DxChallenged, Fearless Leader, Eversure son, Butterfly Girl, Sweety Gal and Foo the Wonder Dog)
