Æbelø is really worth a visit.
At the position given at the top of this cache description you´ll find a tree with a characteristic looking branch (image). Watch that tree, there is a sign carved. For Logging I would like you to take a photograph of you or your GPS and the sign at the tree. To enter the island, you have to walk through water. It´s a good idea to look at a tidal time table which is available at the tourist information office (e.G. in Bogense). Children and provisions can be tugged in a rubber dinghy. An den angegebenen Koordinaten findet Ihr einen Baum mit einem markanten Ast (Bild). Schaut Euch den Baum aus der Nähe an. Es ist ein Zeichen eingeritzt. Zum Loggen bitte ich Euch ein Foto von dem Zeichen und Euch oder Eurem GPS-Gerät beizufügen. Um auf die Insel zu gelangen müsst Ihr durchs Wasser laufen. Es ist ratsam sich bei der Toursten Information (z.B. in Bogense) einen Gezeiten-Kalender zu besorgen. Kinder und Proviant kann man prima mit einem kleinen Schlauchboot rüberziehen.
