The cache is located on the Amherst end of the Black Water Creek Trail. The trail is paved so you could ride a bike or skate out to the coordinates.
Leviathan, A.K.A. Geo-mutt, and me walked and jogged out to the location. He laid in the shade while I climbed on the rocks. I didn’t use any gear to place this cache, so you shouldn’t need any either. But you will need to be in good physical shape. Stay on the paved trail until an “old road” meets it on the left. Take the old road up the hill back to the coordinates. The cache is well hidden. It’s in a black film container about 11-12 feet off the ground. X marks the spot, now climb. There is a "code word" in the cache. E-mail me with the code word to prove your find. Be careful. Happy caching. |
