Located near a walking path over a swamp. One cache on each side of the wildlife reserve.
Two cache hunt! First cache is very small in a tupperwear bowl keychain. Really very easy to find. Park at Eckerds or daycare. Second cache is in a Boy Scout popcorn tin. It is full of very cool things from my home town of Kenai, Alaska. There are postcards, key chains, a shot glass, magnets, train whistle, childrens socks, a big squeaking rubber salmon, a mosquito trap, a lapel pin, lazer stickers and other stuff! Please take your picture and log the frame. This is my first cache to hide, so please e-mail back your comments. We are still learning! Please seal back up and cover back well, as it is in a high traffic, easy to find area. *****The location of the first cache was changed for fear of accidental finding on 05/08/02 around 10:00 a.m.****** |

Tried finding this one on Saturday, 7/07/07 with my boys but alas, the walkway across the swamp has fallen into disrepair and was impassable. My boys and I still made it to the coordinates of the first cache but were not able to find anything after a thorough search. Without the first cache, we had no idea where to look for the second. Is this a current listing?

Found with grandson JoJo, & workingwoman the treecover gave us a fit on the 1st stage but we overcome. Took Geobead travel bug, pic of JoJo and workingwoman forgot to log the frame and cards left Geo-spot travel bug, puzzle, & plush bear. The cache was in good shape and well hidden.
