Not quite the Bridges of Madison County, but then I don’t think they had Geocaching in that movie. This is the third in a series of theme cache being placed in the area. These are intended to be easy caches for those that may have mobility issues. They are also for those that do not wish to “bust brush” or fight off the flora and fauna of the area . They should all be assessable during inclement weather and darkness. All of the caches are small in nature and therefore are restricted in size, so swap something small.
This cache has the Hat Pins theme. I have placed some Hat Pins to start it off. So grab a unusual or unique Hat Pin and leave a unusual or unique Hat Pin or just take one off of your hat and leave it, maybe it will be a new pin for a future visitor.

Please return the container to the same place as this is the second container placed at this site.

Stealth is important here, a lot of traffic goes by, so you might consider a grab and return to the car for the opening routine as prudent.

Good luck, and do the whole series while you’re here.

This one took awhile, lot of traffic today. My daughter found it, after I overlooked it twice.
Took nothing
Left a bag of police jacket buttons that I had been saving for this cache.
