The tour goes from the railway station through the wine-city of Retz. More informations are available at http:/www.retz.at (only in german). Until the very last metres to the cache-hideout you can take a stroller with you. Ein Hinweis zu den Koordinatenangaben: Die Hilfsvariablen n1 bis n7 und e1 bis e7 sind immer als dreistellige Zahlen anzuwenden (z.B. wenn das Rechenergebnis 67 ist, wird n mit 067 angewendet). Stage 1: N1= 48° 45.225 (n1=225) E1= 15° 57.438 (e1=438) Sieh Dich ein wenig um. Von welchem Gleis fahren anscheinend ausschließlich Züge nach "Znojmo" ab? Die Nummer das Gleises ist A. Der Bahnhof liegt ungefähr auf einer Seehöhe von 245m. Den genauen Wert wirst Du sicherlich rasch finden. Die Ziffern nach dem Komma ergeben als eigenständige Zahl gelesen B. Stage 2: N2 = 48° 45.[n2 = n1 + 6*A - B/59 + 5] E2 = 15° 57.[e2 = e1 - 2*A - B/3] Über dem Eingang findest Du auf einem rostigen Schild eine zweistellige Zahl. Das ist C. Stage 3: N3 = 48° 45.[n3 = n2 + 2*(A + C) + 4] E3= 15° 57.[e3 = e2 - C/10 + 1] Auf der Gedenktafel findest Du zwei vierstellige Jahreszahlen. Die Quersumme der ersten Zahl ist D. Die Quersumme der zweiten Zahl ist E. Stage 4: N4 = 48° 45.[n4 = n3 + A - C - D - E - 9] E4 = 15° 57.[e4 = e3 - B/6 - E + 5] Übersetze die römische Inschrift unter dem Dach ins Arabische. Die ersten beiden Ziffern der so gewonnenen Zahl ergeben F, die beiden anderen G. Stage 5: N5= 48° 45.[n5 = n4 - E + F + 3] E5 = 15° 56.[e5 = A + B + 2*(C + D) + E + F] Welches Monat wird auf der Rückseite der Statue erwähnt (Jänner =1, Februar = 2, ..., Dezember =12)? Das ist H. Außerdem kannst Du darauf auch etwas über ein dazugehörendes Haus und einen Restaurationsbetrieb, der ein hier hergestelltes alkoholisches Getränk feilbietet, erfahren. Addiere alle Ziffern auf dieser Tafel. Wenn Du dann noch 19 dazuzählst hast Du K. Stage 8 - Der Cache: Der Cache ist neben einem Baum unter einem Stein versteckt. Sei bitte vorsichtig: Wenn Du Dich von der falschen Seite näherst, könnte es sein, dass Du einen kleinen Felsabhang (1,5m bis 2m hoch) überwinden musst. Der Cache besteht aus einer 0,75l Blechdose und ist bei folgenden Koordinaten versteckt: N8 = 48° 45.[n7 + 2*G + K - 2] E8 = 15° 56.[e7 - E + F + G + J - K + 5] Verwende [B - A - C + D - E + F - G + (J - 1)/H - H/4 - K] um die Box zu öffnen. The first two digits of the number you've found by this way is F, call the other two digits G. Stage 5: N5= 48° 45.[n5 = n4 - E + F + 3] E5 = 15° 56.[e5 = A + B + 2*(C + D) + E + F] Which month is mentioned at the backside of the statue (January = 1, February = 2, ..., December = 12)? In addition you can read about an according house and a restaurant, which sells a locally produced alcoholic drink. Add up all digits on this plate. After adding 19 to this sum, you know K. Stage 8 - The Cache: The cache is hidden under a stone beside a tree. Please be careful. If you approach from the wrong direction you might have to conquer a small rocky acclivity (1.5m to 2m high). I found this cache together with Mathilde. We spend a beautiful afternoon at this lovely town. After finding the cache, which went smooth without any problems, we went to the christmas market "drunter und drüber". This was a good occasion to walk through the old wine cellars and the "labyrinth" under the town.
