Munkkiniemi aka Munkka is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Helsinki. Snow won't cover this one. Next to the cache there's a playground for small geocachers.

Munkkiniemi eli Munkka on yksi Helsingin mukavimmista asuinalueista. Lumi ei peitä kätköä talvella. Vieressä on leikkipuisto pienille kätköilijöille.

20.52. Mukavaa, välillä helppo löytö. Vähän ensin ihmettelin, matkaa oli GPS mukaan n.60 metriä ja kerrostalo edessä. Kunhan kiersin kerrostalon ja pääsi lähemmäksi niin jo valkeni.
En käyttänyt apuavaloa. Kävin lokkaamassa lähellä, ´katuvalojen´ alla.

Hmmm, I am new to this site -- still a bit unsure about logging this find in two different systems. But since I am a bit curious, let's see. Loved the place though.

Found without problems, though I suspect the point might have been slightly off (our best GPS reading was N 60° 11.924, E 024° 52.892). There was a very rambunctious puppy running around in spite of its owner trying to catch it, but they were the only others we saw, it being around 1am. TNLN.

No problems finding the cache itself, but geodog Garm did see a hare and some birds nearby and could not concentrate to searching at all at this point, had to spend a while here trying to make him do his work.
We did not notice this place at all while we lived nearby.
