So this is my first cache placed. It's actually been there for a few months and posted on another site but I thought I might be able to get more than the 3 people who have been there if i posted it in other locations.
My boy and I placed our first cache in one of our favorite playgrounds.The high difficulty and terrain are based on the long walk in deep sand from the parking area, and the maze of trails around the cache. Off road vehicles are popular here but dont go too far there is some really deep sand and mudholes that could get you stuck. My GPS had trouble getting signal at the cache so the coords are about 18 feet from it. The cache is a tupperware box sprayed olive drab, and partially covered by leaves. Inside are, some shiny rocks, a CD ROM disc, A deck of cards, small clip on flashlight, a window flag, a bottle of bubbles, a log book and three color pens depending on your mood (red, black, and blue). Also is a loaded camera. Please take a pic of yourself with the cache and I will post them when the film is done. |
