You don't want to wear your Sunday shoes to this cache. Some parts are nice to walk on others are a bit muddy at times.I was visiting a friend nearby and decided this might be a good location to place a cache.Be careful of muggles nearby and replace where you found it.

I found this one pretty quick... Either that means I'm getting better at this or this one was *really* easy :) Even after all the rain we've had, it wasn't muddy at all...

Oops, forgot to log my find on this one to this site. Took three trips to find it. Encountered some wildlife while searching for the final.

Went out to check this one today with Woodie's Roundup on the way to the Riverwalk. As others have logged coords were tough in the foilage but after a while they settled a bit and had us within 25 feet of stage one. After locating that one Woodie took off on a dead run for the final and spotted the likely spot from about 50 feet out. We found the caceh to be full of quality trade items and traded a flashlight, whoopie cushion and key chain for the fm radio and carbiner.
I have to admit that I was here once before and missed stage one shortly after the cache was listed. I thought for sure I posted a DNF then but I don't see it in the existing logs. It's not like us to miss posting our failures as we are just as proud of them as we are our finds.

Almost walked right up to the final (second place I checked). So close to it during the first attempt.
Nicely stocked cache, too bad it has to go.

Found it on my 4th attempt (with proper footware). Hey, at least I alway log my DNF's (or almost always). I'm sure there's no one whose just seeing this cache listed here, but I'll be removing for SB2 on Sunday May 14th late in the day. Still time to find. I may be able to help him relocate nearby, but I'm sure it will turn up elsewhere no matter what.

Leg 1: no problems finding it (about 5 minutes).
Leg 2: had to stop looking for it because my geo-shoes-of-the-day (sneakers) were not up to the task. Too much water and mud.
Lots of little snakes (about 1' in lenght, about 1/4" in diameter, brown color) around the Leg 2 area.

Since approval on geocaching.com is taking a while (I suspect the local Admin's infatuation with removed railroad tracks that show up on 30 year old topo maps), I've been able to take 2 cracks at this thing; the first one in the dark with a flashlight (not a prayer), the second in broad daylight, for about 1/2 an hour. No clue where the first leg is at this point. I'll be baaaaaack.
