The 15th Location We Checked Trying to Hide This Thing:

This cache is placed on Penn's Campus in a park that's been rebuilt three times by Penn in a discreet camo 35mm film canister. (The film canister is in the park, not the other way around, I know those city folk are weird but I've yet to see that). Each time it gets better and better, and it's current incarnation features a bridge on one side and a geocache on the other! Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to find the cache among the muggles while dodging Penn and Drexel Ivy League Politics! You will need arms stong as the mental might of Benjamin Franklin and to move faster then a dragon leaping from scorching white rocks in the noonday sun! Leave no stone unturned and get lots of roughage in your diet! Is Drexel Ivy League? Who is Catherine Drexel and what did she do? Why is Penn spelled with two Ns yet theres no writing tools whatsoever in this cache!? All these answers and more can be yours for finding the PENN 15 CACHE.
