Fun hunt, took about an hour and a half maybe. A few of the questions were tricky. Lucky for me, I am into archaeology. Did this online. Also knowing how to use boolean logic helps.

I'm late, I'm late, I'm late for work again! But today I found it... did my hunting completely online... learned a lot... this was my first virtual cache and my first cache on Navicache! Hope to see more like this. Thanks a lot! Boots of BushandBoots.

Found this one on-line. I know the basic area that the cache is in, but haven't been there in a few years. Just a bunch of patience and good questions got me through this one.

Breezed through the initial stages but got stuck on the last one. It's amazing that for as much info is available on the internet, there is also very little. Particularly for this subject. After re-arranging search criteria many times, I finally got a promising lead. That, in turn, unlocked the final. Elapsed time: 3 hrs 44 min. This was fun. Thanks Scout!

Yay! Having coffee on Mother's Day, we decided to tackle this one, although we did it online since Texas is a little drive from Ohio .. lol

It took us a little while to find the answers online, and we had the chance to learn a little bit as we did the research. Thanks for this cache and a great start to the day!!

This was a great cache. I started it yesterday, but only found one answer. So I got a bit more focused today in my Internet searches, and finally found all the rest of the answers. It was a bit addictive, trying to find the answers. I really like the final object.

Man, the last part took forever! I thought for sure it was fiume! Thanks for the cache. I had nothing to do at work tonite. This took me about 4 hrs to complete!

This was a good cache....it actually cleared some of the cobwebs out of my head!! Thanks for the fun....hopefully there will be more like this. I did this one online and someone should put some information up there about the last question.

I found all of the answer, except the last one, online. Searching from Germany I had no real chance to visit the sculpture live.

I contacted someone from the college, who was most kindley to answer. But, the spelling was incorrect. So I had to do some more research online.

Found answers to all the questions, I also found the pole, but getting the translation right proved difficult. Have a limited knowledge of french. I thought I came up with a plausible answer, but no....

Irritating to be so close, but so far away.

Obviously I'm doing it all online.

Found all of the "stages" online until the final. I stopped by the home of the mighty Thunder Ducks to view the sculpture which was kinda of hidden and almost hard to find in the fading light of late evening.

I started working this cache a couple of years ago but never did get to the final stage and forgot all about it until earlier this week.

I found it after a few days in front of the computer. I don't know if I'll ever get around to seeing the actual cache, but this one was very interesting. I enjoyed it very much.

Did this one online, took a few good hours. Worst part for me was translating the words from the one "leg" of the cache.

Whew! That was fun. If being frustrated to the point of wanting to pull my hair out on several occasions is fun! Did entirely online, found a spoiler in an old log that helped me when I was stuck at one step. I didn't think the last part, where several people reported having emailed the school, was that hard to find online; the most difficulty I had on that one was distinguishing the first name from the surname! Thanks for a nice winter cache, Scout. I'd really like to see more of this type.

Alright, I found it! And it wasn't easy....I guess I am not as good an internet searcher as I'd like to be.

Found it all on line over a period of months. Pole-o, an avid geocacher, who is my adult son was home over Christmas and we started it together. He went back to college and left me to my own ways, having helped me find all but the last answer. Today, I picked up the clue and thought a little about how I could get the answer without having to resort to emailing someone at the college. Sure enough, a little British and Italian surfing got me there.

I'm pleased with myself. Thanks for a fun winter geocache...

Heard about this one yesterday and spent a couple hours tonight finding the answers online. As most of the others note, most of the time was spent finding the answer to the last question, but everything can be found online! Thanks for the challenge, Scout.

I'm from Germany, so I had to do it online.
I found the answer of the last question pretty fast, but with a wrong spelling - so I had to search for some hours until I found Susanna (including the correct spelling of the sculptor's name).

That was hard work...

Finished this one today. Had everything done, except the last question, via internet searching and a few I just happened to know. But that last one is a REAL stumper. Had to email someone from the college to get the last answer, and then they spelled the last name wrong, so I had to go web searching again to get the proper spelling.

Great idea for a virtual cache!!!

Oh my gosh!!! This was way harder than any physical cache I have ever looked for. I could get all the way through until the last question. I searched on line for hours and hours, really. I looked through hundreds of websites. I found another answer that fit the description, but to no avail, wrong answer every time. I emailed the cache creator for a clue, but that didn't help. Finally, I resorted to emailing an Art Professor for the final answer and today it came. My persistence finally paid off! I solved it all virtually, but it took more than just my brains! Thanks for the toughest find log so far!

This was a difficult cache. Especially the last question. Since I live in Germany I did it all online. At first I couldn't find any clue for the last question on the Internet. I was thinking about to take my next holiday in Dallas or trying the (cheaper) email method. But then I changed my search strategy and I stumbled upon an Italian web site full of the objects I was looking for. There were at least two objects which fitted the description. The second one enabled me to find the correct answer.

Grashoper and I did most of it on line. Grashoper was very persistant in her research. It was very challanging to find some of the answers and we had to go to the location to find the last answer. But we finally did it. Thanks for a fun cache. Keep up the good work.

This was truly an experience. Purple Lady and I did all of it on line. But we had some confusion on the last part. The sculptor we found and the sculpture that went with it all matched but the key word didn't fit, so we searched some more. I'm sorry to say we had to make a trip out to the location to get the last piece to the puzzle. We still had great fun. Thanks for another very challenging cache.

A very interesting web based search. I did it all on the internet as I live in NH. Got through all but the last part in a 2 day period. Could not find the right info on line for the last part so resorted to e-mailing the school like someone else did and got the answer back that way. Learned a number of interesting items with this cache. Thanks for the hide.

Very interesting and unique cache. I did all of it online except for the final part. I scoured the net for the answer but I couldn't find it. I happened to be in the area this evening (looking for another cache), so I stopped by.

This was a pretty challenging cache! Did it entirely on the internet. The last part gave the most trouble. Was beginning to think that I'd never get it. Got lucky! Thanks for the challenge!

This was really a lot of fun to do. Didn't get stuck too much on the questions or the pictures. Had a little trouble with the translation but after figuring out where the pictures were taken, it made it much easier (I like the Peace Pole concept).

The very last clue had me stumped for a full day. I searched everywhere online and could find nothing. I scoured the Richland site and still came up with nothing. I finally emailed the Art department there on campus and got a reply this morning answering my question.

I found this cache using only online resources (although I do live in Texas, albeit 4 hours from the cache site). I may visit this area next time I'm up in Dallas, very neat.

We made this cache much harder than it was. We fould the last three questions on the first part with ease. The first question posed the problem. The second parts was a breeze. Part three was the part we made harder than it was. After printing out the last question it made easier for me to really lok at the key words. We had a great time with this cache.

virtual is just as fun

Took about three hours of surfing. No, probably more. I found it to be a great hunt. The last clue took the longest! Did it all on-line.

Since I was caching on the northeast side of Dallas anyway, I did the last leg on site. Enjoyed it!

I've got everything but the final name online in about 45 minutes. I've spent several hours searching for the last clue online. I guess I'll have to drive the 50 miles over the holidays and finish it off.

I was able to hunt everything online up to the sculpture. I couldn't find any relevant info online, so I went to the site after work today. Of course, since I teach at Richland College, it wasn't a whole lot of trouble to do that : )

I still had to poke around a bit, since I didn't bring my GPS to school with me.

Hats off to Scout for coming up with all sorts of different ways to play the Geocaching game.

Be sure you walk all the way around the sign, or go check out the sign on the other side of the river. :) It's in english on both signs.

Yay, finally found it all. Did the part up to the translation online. Had to go look at the post to get the wording right.

Then had to make another trip back to find the last piece of information. Online searches (LOTS of them!) were fruitless. Are you sure anyone has heard of him? :)

Argghh...Okay I must admit that I realize that
I had an advantage over most, and I only live maybe 10mins from the school..

But I solved the links via google, click on the link in the
page and even ran the translation online...via atlavista's
bluefish translator. This got me close.....

But I still couldn't get it. So I headed down to the post
today expecting to find the answer. Guys I've looked at
what's on the sign and the answer isn't there so to
speak!!! This is totally reigning on my parade lol
(very inside joke) Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!! :P

What's another word for supercede/authority/??? Hmmm????

No luck yet... stuck on the translation. I'm gonna have to resort to driving over to Dallas (about 50-60 miles, I think) to walk around the back of the sign and say "Geez... what a rotten translation". :)

I'll get it, but for the life of me I can't imagine what it can be that I haven't tried. :(

I got stuck for a while on one section of the hunt, but with a little more web searching I was able to find the appropriate phrase and unlock the rest of the puzzle. As you can guess from that comment, I did all of my seraching for this cache online. It was a lot of fun! Thanks, Scout!

Well this was certainly a different type of geocaching! Since I live in California, I had to hunt this cache online and spent more time with various search engines than with a GPS. It was a very fun "hunt" though and thanks to Scout for the unique cache. Next time I'm in the DFW area, I'll have to look up some of the waypoints I only virtually visited this evening.
