This is a replacement for a lame archived micro cache along the little known Willowridge bike trail complex in Amherst, which to the best of my recollection, was built in the mid-80's. The trails do not show up on any of the mapping links on this web page, although the lost outdoors aerial photo is interesting. This is a 3-leg multi-cache, and should be moderately challenging.

You have two parking options, and neither presents any advantage over the other: The Willowridge drive dead-end at N 43 Deg. 00.715' W 078 Deg. 48.327' or Sweet Home High School at N 43 Deg. 00.723' W 078 Deg. 47.875'. Parking at the high school requires you to cross Sweet Home Road (please be careful). And obviously, you should not park there while school is in session.

There are usually not too many muggles around, but you should use discretion anyways, especially when retrieving and replacing the end cache. The end cache is larger than a micro, but not very large, so if intending to trade, think on the small side. Please note the hiding method, and replace the cache as you found it.

Got back to this one after getting the coordinate situation straightened out...it's amazing how a couple little wrong numbers can mess up a destination! <hee hee!>

Leg 1 was my favorite part - I hadn't seen coordinates done that way before... they blended in so perfectly :) Great container in Leg 3- what a clever idea. And it's true - you *can* see the cache from the 990 if you know what you're looking for!

I couldn't finish this one... I found part one and part two, but I had a hard time reading the coordinates from part two to get to the end. I tried plugging in numbers that looked close, but they all kept putting me in the middle of the lake :(

I'll be baaaaack!

Found this one on my second visit. Had a little trouble with part 2 again, but found it after a while this time. The final wasn't anywhere near I was expecting it to be. TNLNSL, TFTC.

we had a few hours to kill on a chore/baseball/birthday party saturday and decided to try and log that webcam cache along with a few others in the area. We started out all together in the SWHS parking lot as suggested, carefully crossed Sweethome Rd and then decided it would be every cacher for himself when we hit the bikepath. Woodie and one of his Roundup brothers who has recently be ordered to to walk the Cayuga Plank due to his disloyalty to the Crew nce again teamed up and left me watching their butts disappear over the 990 horizon. My only hope is that they leave bread crumbs so I can follow them. I'm not sure they even stopped for stage one. They did wait for meat stage two (probably because I was carrying the snack pack) and feigned not be able to find it without my help. After I did find it I learned they had already loaded the coords into the GPSr and heard them laughing as they road away. Once again I was able to catch them at the final as they had finished looting all the good stuff. If I remember correctly they took a couple of carabiners and a where's george dollar. We left a pirate eye patch, maze game, antenna topper and something else that I can't remember because I have celebrated a little with some ice tea and grog since we got home. Yes I'm done driving and cachine for the night. Well we had fun and we've been to one of those spots that you see as you speed past on the highway and wonder how you get there. All in all a pretty good way to spend a couple of hours in the middle of a busy day. Thanks Urkel will be looking for more. Next up is the night cache if we can find enough skeeter repellant.

Neither rain, sleet, cold nor dark of night will stay this cacher from claiming that which cahers so greatly desire, the coveted FTF! [;)]
Did this one well after dark with all the above mentioned "experience enhancements" [:P]
Yes folks, it's yet another quality hide by the Great White Urkel!
All the coords are pretty much dead on, although I did have to get "turned around" at oone point.
Thank Urkel for yet another great geocaching experience.
Signed Log, took carabiner, left $2.00
MickEMT, hoping to get to 100 finds by Christmas.
