This is my first cache on this website. The cache is locate in Bells Canyon. 75 miles from trailhead. You could do it without snowshoes in the winter, but they sure help near the cache.

A gorgeous area any time of year for a quick little hike!A white plastic container, about 2 quart, with a metal lid and hook to hang in tree, so you can do it all year round. Original contents: Emergency whistle l.e.d. keychain, Keychain calculator, keychain lantern, glow-in-dark stretch snake and lizzard, wood/brass pen, wind-up bug, lizzard, jumping beans, mountain lion, happy face maze puzzle, magnifying glass, comb and mirror, egg-laying rubber chicken keychain, wisconsin Quarter, stop watch, bandaids, sheriff badge, bottle cap good for a free Coke, Lighthouse travelbug, log book, and, of course, a 350 million-year-old sharktooth fossil.

A morning hike with Jasminee and the kids, the snow is gone, but the ice on the lake holds pretty well. Stopped again for trades, Weirdo Nut, Century Fox tokens, and Jazzi's little friend in, and Chicken'nEgg keychain and UJ Mtn and Energizer Nuts out. On to check the Geezer's cache across the creek.

Perfect before-breakfast jog with Jazzi on this breezy morning with light flurries of snow, thanks, Bigben and Sharktooth! Looped back on the other side of the creek and thanked you again for the season fun.
Didn't bring the skis this time, but about a year ago, with a higher snow level, we did ski with Jasmine to a nearby Geezer's cache. The best route is from the jeep road gate, which used to be a TH until a few years back.
Didn't need a GPS or even my notes to find this one. I'd probably add a touch of muggleproofing camo spray, and maybe some caulk down the middle of the lid, just in case, to keep it safe from freeze-thaw moisture.

Came here as gcm6tn in the snow. No snow shoes. You might find a Dilbert joke in the bucket.
