The area is mostly level, and mostly mowed grass. But there is not hard pack trail, so this this may not be suitable for a wheelchair or stroller.

This cache has two parts, you use the first part and a forumla to figure out the second location. Part one is a park sign from which you must location two dates. The years Dale Guthridge was Mayor. Add these two numbers together, call each digit a different letter (example, these are not the answers, you must figure them out!= 1234+5678=6912 so a=6 b=9 c=1, etc.).

The second location is at n42°02.[c][d+1][a-2] w91°40.[b-1][a][a+d+1]
