You will need your GPS, this printout and a pencil or pen to solve this one. The location above is a virtual cache. You will read what you see there to obtain the location of a microcache, with its own small log book and "goodies". The microcache has the location of the larger main cache, holding camera, log book and bigger "goodies" :-) Here is what you need to know: At the virtual cache, the thing that opened in 1650 was the "pqr stuvwxyzON". Also, Nauticalia is on "abcde fghijk". m=g+1. n=i-1. The location of the microcache is N 51° ef.cm W 000° fn.nk and is
"87 9ORsqR, Os 1R894S, Us32R vur". The above is all you should need to find both caches.

What is now a public clue was a part of what I decoded from the first stage.

Open Log: Personal use only Thanks for the private email - yes you are looking in the right place. Here's an extra public clue: IN CORNER ON BRICKS UNDER IVY. If you find it, I'll update the page above. If not, it looks as if we will need to replace it :-)

Open Log: Unrestricted Goodness me Andy. It's many years since we planted this one, but I think I could remember the general area. I'd have to dig out my notes from April 2002. Probably best talk privately on gpss@compuserve.com so we don't spoil things for others.

A couple of weeks ago I called into the first location on my way to work. I made an attempt to decode the next location from the clues, but while bits and pieces made some sense, there were sections that didn't.
