this one was difficult. We did not find it. It is a storm drain with water in it. Unable to navigate stormdrain.

Pretty cool evil hide, TNL a Li'l Devil traveller, just the right match for a cache like this one ;)
Coords are right on, but hurry to find it. I don't think it will survive the winter without major waterproofing. Also Vertmonkey, you can probably use a wire, like from a coat hanger, instead of a string. And maybe a touch of camp painting won't hurt.

Coords pointed to storm dran grating on the South side of the street. Of course it is possible to reach this location through the pipe, but I don't think it would count as easy going / easy looking? Not in the street clothing anyway. Could you double-check the coords please?
