This is a small WI Rest Area on State Line Road, south of Clinton. I archived a cache in this area that had gone missing. Read the interesting historical marker about the first Norwegian settlement. Container is a flat plastic rubbermaid.

On our way home from goecaching in the Beloits area and stopped here. Then realized that we had been here for an earlier cache. TFTC
