DO NOT PARK ON IL 2. Traffic is too heavy. Park on the east/west (Lathem) road. This is IDOT purchased land to use for the 4 lane IL2 that I wonder if we'll ever see.


I had another caches in this area that went missing. I think it's interesting to check out old farms that have been torn down. Please watch were you walk. The container is about a 2 gallon painted plastic thing. I put a 1972 Ike dollar in for the FTF. Please park on the nice gravel shoulder on Lathem Road and walk north.
