This cache is located in Williams Park. The park is used extensively by the University of BC to study salmon migration patterns -- when the salmon are running you can see fish "traps" set up in the creeks. There is a very informative kiosk in the park that explains the importance of the Salmon River watershed.
The cache is located in a medium sized camo Zip-Lock style container. The cache contains a few trade items. If you decide to trade, please be careful to not overfill this container. The entrance and parking lot for the park is located on 238th Street near 68th Avenue. NOTE: A short section of the path to this cache is very narrow and may not be suitable for small children. Have fun and enjoy your trip to Williams Park! |
