This cache is located in Williams Park. The park is used extensively by the University of BC to study salmon migration patterns -- when the salmon are running you can see fish "traps" set up in the creeks. There is a very informative kiosk in the park that explains the importance of the Salmon River watershed.
The cache is located in a medium sized camo Zip-Lock style container. The cache contains a few trade items. If you decide to trade, please be careful to not overfill this container. Please note: there is no need to bushwhack as the cache is right beside the trial. The entrance and parking lot for the park is located on 238th Street near 68th Avenue. Have fun and enjoy your trip to Williams Park! |
